The staff seemed genuinely focused on keeping guests happy and behaved professionally throughout. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get to major attractions and business areas. The service and comfort were both very good. The establishment also thanked me for staying, said they hoped I had enjoyed a comfortable visit, and looked forward to having me back.

A quiet, hassle-free stay, with the beach only about a three-minute walk away. The property is well cared for, room service came promptly, and the vegetarian breakfast was good quality. Mr. Deepak, the Hotel Manager, was especially courteous and very cooperative.

Breakfast was good, and Deepak, vilvoy and clifton in the restaurant were always ready to serve up great food. The property sits among Goa's greenery, and getting there is a lovely part of the trip. The comfortable stay is just a minute from the beach, which has an almost-private feel. Hospitality was just okay, though. I sometimes had to go to the front desk to get what I needed.

The pool needs some maintenance, but the rest of my stay was superb. Hospitality was really good, and Deepak was helpful and positive. I had a really good experience staying here. It's a place worth visiting in Betalbatim area, south goa.

People seemed to be enjoying themselves here, and it wasn't as bad as the reviews made it sound. Still, my own stay wasn't great: the AC wasn't working, and neither was the hand shower. The food was okay, while the service was good. Staff were polite and seemed aware of the resort's problems, though they couldn't do much about them. Maybe the higher management needs to look into keeping the resort running smoothly.
