The team made us feel comfortable at every turn, warm, thoughtful, and attentive. I don't usually write reviews, but the hospitality at Saraca Resort & Spa Jim Corbett deserves a mention. The property is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of thoughtfully curated activities to fill the stay. We also really enjoyed the food, which was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. It works especially well for families, including larger groups or several families travelling together. We're certainly coming back.

That candlelight dinner by the jungle table felt like a dream, especially with the music and bonfire. We also loved the Marchula drive. The villas have beautiful forest views, and there are plenty of activities here for a relaxed but adventurous break. The staff were very friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Kudos to Mr. Jagdish for staying on top of our requests. Highly recommend.

Rakesh Kumar deserves a special mention for his warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. His courteous support added a personal touch to an otherwise smooth and relaxing stay. The rooms were well maintained and the ambience was pleasant. I'd recommend this place for comfort and good service.

The trips offered by the resort were really enjoyable with our dog, especially the river tour, and the staff were incredibly good with us. Deepak Giri served exceptional food, Rajender rawat guided us on a jungle walk with our dog, and Pansingh, Pankaj, Kaushal, and R Singh all showed great hospitality. It was a beautiful experience for us and our pet. The food is top notch: try the Palak paneer, aloo, and pasta, and for chicken, the Pahadi curry and chicken tikka. A couple of suggestions from a very good stay. It would help if staff reminded non pet parents that children shouldn't touch pets without supervision. Our golden retriever is very friendly, but a child held his tail. I understand kids get enthusiastic, and a general reminder would help both pet parents and other guests. Pet parents should also carry trashbacks to clean up after their dogs and help maintain the resort. As a gym enthusiast, I was a bit disappointed with the gym, though the resort carts make it easy to get to nearby Ramnagar. Overall, 10/10 for the staff and trips for both dogs and people. Hope this helps.

We had a lovely time with our family and would happily visit again. Everything at the resort was amazing, from the scenic views and ambience to the staff and hospitality. Everyone was so cooperative, and the food was super amazing. Thank you, saraca, for having us and giving us such a nice experience.
