They began calling us to check out at 10, even though checkout time was 11. They claimed guests were waiting to check in, but the property looked empty and no one was in the lobby. Breakfast had limited, poor options for the price. Rooms booked through other platforms are standard rooms, and so small that two people can’t even move around comfortably. There wasn’t a kettle or bathroom exhaust, and even bottled water costs extra. For the amenities, this might be worth 1000 bucks, but it’s definitely overpriced. A bad experience overall.

Really good stay, and the rooms were clean and tidy.

It seems the owner controls most things, while the manager has little authority to make decisions. They won’t refill the complimentary tea, coffee, and milk sachets, which are usually replenished in the morning and evening. Bathroom slippers aren’t provided, even in suites. The suites have just one fan regulator, so only one ceiling fan can be controlled.

The pantry closes at 10 pm, and they won’t provide cutlery for food. Manager Anil spoke to clients with no sense or basic courtesy, and refused to give me the owner’s number. He also doesn’t answer unknown numbers, so even if you were dying and called, he wouldn’t pick up unless it was a staff number. It was the worst experience of my life. He should be removed from his position, or he’ll bring the hotel down. Never stay here, just boycott the place completely.
