For 3000/- per night, I didn’t feel it was worth it. I stayed three nights, and the rooms were very congested. The food wasn’t good or hygienic either. It felt like the hotel management was focused on making money without providing facilities in the room. A totally bad experience, so I’d suggest guests skip the rooms and food here.
It was my weeding, and the hotel didn’t provide the service they promised. The hall AC wasn’t working from the morning, supposedly due to some issues, and they never fixed it. Our wedding food wasn’t what they let us taste before payment, and we weren’t allowed firework, they said no firework on weeding. There was no pest control either, house flies were on the wedding food and cockroaches filled all the rooms. Say no for a weeding event. Hotel krushala has good food, but not for events.
The food had more colour than taste, and there was no hygiene. Service was slow too. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, and the worst hotel in Dombivali.
Service was fast and good. The only food issue was the egg curry, the gravy wasn’t very good.
The guests didn’t wait in the hall because there was no AC, and the manager at Kushala greens didn’t provide it. That ruined my weeding event and wasted all my makeup money. The food was bad, and so was the service. The chicken biryani was the worst, no haldi, and chicken was added to veg Pulao to make it look like biryani. The wedding food also wasn’t as good as what they offered on testing days. Don’t plan a weeding here. It’s a good hotel with good food, but not for events like weeding or other parties. Please plan another place than Kushala greens 🙏
