I was appalled by the way the counter person treated delivery partners, speaking to them in a demeaning way and showing them zero respect. My own experience at Hotel Leela was disappointing too. For a 5-star establishment, the counter staff member was rude and dismissive, spoke arrogantly, and made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience. There seemed to be no hospitality or professional training at the front desk. A hotel’s reputation depends on how it treats paying guests and delivery personnel, and The Leela is failing miserably at both. I wouldn’t recommend this location until they undergo serious sensitivity and hospitality training.

Very old property, with no hygiene and low grade food. The staff were very rude, and it wasn’t value for money. Don’t waste your money.

Getting there from the station was easy, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kalyan. I spent 10 days there and was very happy with the staff’s service. The room was clean, the bedding smelled fresh, and having a bathroom with a window was a big plus. They also accommodated my request for a bland breakfast. The woman at reception was consistently helpful, friendly, and polite.

Really poor experience. The breakfast and lunch options aren’t even good. They should compare themselves with other 3 star hotels to see what facilities they ought to provide.

There’s plenty of parking, and it’s a budget friendly restaurant near Adharwadi chowk.
