Hotel Samaira Residency

There were about 10 cockroaches crawling around the room. It was a total mess, with no cleanliness at all, and honestly didn’t feel meant for women. Condom packets were on the floor, and the bedsheets weren’t clean either. The worst stay ever.

When I checked in at samaira, I paid and asked for Wi-Fi, but was immediately told it wasn’t working. I said I’d manage, then asked for the TV to be turned on and was told there was no cable. I spent around 10 hours without Wi-Fi or TV and was totally dissatisfied with samaira’s service. The room wasn’t properly cleaned or maintained, there was no tissue or toilet paper, and when I asked for an extra bath towel, I was told stock was limited. There was no AC remote in the room either, and the AC noise was ridiculous. Because of all this, I checked out early.

The receptionist didn’t seem to know how to help guests and was quite unhelpful. The focus appeared to be on changing bedsheets rather than providing good service. I had a disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. We were quickly checked in and shown to the room by friendly, helpful staff, who stayed attentive throughout our visit. The hotel was well-maintained, and both the food and service were top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality at Hotel Samaira Residency. It was an excellent, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
