I'm giving one star because there's no option for zero. Hotel Sarika is the worst, really third-class. The manager told me to call if the hot water didn't come in the morning, but after I called two or three times, he hung up. Whoever owns this place should pay attention to it, maybe you're going crazy. The rooms were very bad and unclean, with dirty sheets and torn towels.

The food was bad and very expensive. We ordered two portions of Egg Fried Rice from the restaurant, and they were really poor. A bottle of mineral water marked 20 was charged at 25.

The receptionist argued with me when I ordered a second sandwich, saying the complimentary breakfast wasn't unlimited. I said okay, I'd pay for it, and I did. Earlier that morning I'd ordered a plain sandwich and a lemon drink, but that wasn't enough for me, so I asked for another one. The staff service was very bad. I've visited Murbad many times, but this was my first and last visit to that hotel.

The rooms are quite good, but the restaurant is a different story. Service is very poor, and it takes at least half an hour to get your order, by which time it's cold. Prices are high for the location, and the portions are small for what you pay.

I was staying here for 15 days for official work, and the Wi-Fi never worked. Whenever we asked, they brushed us off and just said they'd look into it. The food is very expensive too, and they charge Rs 40 for 1 ltr water. Absolutely not recommended. They also refused to hand over my room key, demanding payment for the room I'd been staying in without checking with MakeMyTrip that I'd already paid through an advance booking.
