Hotel The West Coast

We came for a family function. Our room was small but enough for two, and there’s parking on site. The receptionist was friendly. Breakfast isn’t part of the room price because the hotel doesn’t have its own kitchen. You can order from the limited menu in the room, with food brought from their other hotel, or use swiggie, zomato, or blinkit.

There’s plenty of parking, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are compact, with a wardrobe and bathroom, and they’re cleaned daily. Breakfast isn’t available, though including it would make the stay better value for money.

There’s no restaurant, so no food is available here. The rooms also lack basics like an iron and a comb, and there’s no hot water. If you’re willing to stay without expecting anything, it’s an option, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The reception staff were rude and unwilling to cooperate, and the rules caused us a lot of inconvenience. The room was booked in my husband’s name, but they wouldn’t let even his wife into the room, claiming visitors weren’t allowed. I’ve never heard of such a rule. Think twice before staying here.
