Hotel Voxton

We came with 30+ people for a very important occasion, and the hotel ruined the experience. The breakfast service was a joke: when we asked at 10:15 AM, they refused to serve even one item because it was after 10:00. No courtesy or basic hospitality. The bathroom photos online were fake and misleading. Only a few rooms had the shower gel and amenities they advertised, while the rest were nowhere close to what they claimed. Staff were unbelievably rude, untrained, and without manners. The manager and receptionist were equally arrogant and unprofessional. It’s poorly managed, disrespectful, and not worth your money or trust. If you’re coming with a group, don’t even think about it. Stay only if you want to be insulted and disappointed.

The free breakfast in the morning is delicious and fresh, and the hotel is perfectly clean. The voxton team takes care of every single thing. They don’t allow unmarried couples, which is the best thing, and no hotel compares with hotel voxton in mira road. No words for the best service. I should visit again and again.

When I told the staff I’d write an honest review, they said they weren’t board members or owners, so my review wouldn’t matter. That dismissive response added to an already poorly handled situation at Hotel Voxton, with arbitrary rules and no basic courtesy or transparency. I had come to meet my fiancé, who was staying there as a registered guest, but reception wouldn’t let me in, saying opposite-sex visitors weren’t allowed. When I asked where that rule was written, they showed me their guidelines, which didn’t say guests couldn’t have visitors of the opposite sex. They then changed the explanation to calling it a “family place,” which felt like an excuse rather than an actual rule. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you expect basic courtesy and transparency.

The staff were arrogant and rude while speaking to customers. One receptionist, I think named ismael, spoke as if the message was “stay if you want, otherwise leave.” They didn’t deliver what they had committed to. I booked a room for my family, including my two kids, and my husband called the experience pathetic. I was very disappointed with the service. Not recommended for anyone looking for a hotel near Mira road.
