Lotus Deluxe Rooms

Their service is useless. I accidentally left something in my room, and when I called back, they simply told me it wasn’t there. That’s what happened to me.

A decent choice for an overnight stay. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom was clean, and service was quick and good. There was dust on one side of the room, especially by the dining table, and the blanket was dirty. I don't think breakfast is included.

The argument at checkout over the extra hours really capped off a miserable stay. I was meant to leave at noon but had work to finish, so stayed until 4 pm. They had agreed to charge half for the extra time, then demanded the full amount and made a scene when I paid. During my nearly two nights there, the bathroom water wouldn't drain properly, there was no hot water, and the hotel team didn't respond when we needed help. Reception staff were unfriendly and spoke rudely in a local dialect. The location is poor and there aren't food options, so I strongly advise against this hotel.

The staff were good, and the rooms were nice.
