The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is right on the main road, which makes getting in and out easy.

The room was filthy, the washroom smelled terrible, they provided no soap, and the curtain was half torn with what looked like blood patches. The person at reception was very rude, and they left us waiting for almost an hour because they said guests without online bookings were their first priority. They also wanted to keep our original IDs for all 24 hours. That's strange, since other hotels I've stayed at check the originals and return them straight away. Poor hospitality. Visit at your own risk.

The normal deluxe room is about the size of a CHAWL, and there are no amenities. Don't trust the photos, which show a super deluxe room. There wasn't even a bottle of water included for the first day, let alone a kettle. A bottle of water cost 30 rs, and the tea cost 30 rs for what was literally a baby cup. I stayed for six days. On the third day my girlfriend and I wanted a guest to visit for a couple of hours, and the hotel wanted another 800. When I called while out, the manager called back to ask whether the guest was male or female. I felt very uncomfortable with that question, but even after I answered, he still said there'd be an extra charge. The manager also told me firmly at check-in to book directly with them next time I visit. I don't know why he thought I would. I booked through mmt and had selected early check-in. I understand it's subject to availability: I called at 10 after arriving in Mumbai around 9 and was told it wasn't available. At the hotel around 10:45, I asked again and was denied, which was fine if rooms weren't free. A minute later, though, the manager offered early check-in for an extra rs. 800. They didn't even have toilet paper. This was the most expensive and least worthwhile stay I've had in Mumbai. Worst ever. I regret staying here.

A very good budget hotel in the centre of Mira Road, near mc Donald’s. The room was cozy, the service was great, and early check-in and late checkout were flexible.
