The Myriad Hotel

I spent four weeks at this tidy hotel, and the stay was really memorable. The room had a smart TV and 24hours internet, so I could watch programs from around the world. The lift, intercom, restaurant, and other systems all worked. Room service was great, and everyone from the owner to the cleaners was welcoming. The owner even gave me red wine for free to make me feel welcome. The front desk staff were wonderful and helped me a lot with getting bye. Sarika and Nikky were great, and Ravi was my guy. A shout out to my paddy Mr Darren, a great guy who took me to Maxus mall, went shopping with me, and patiently helped with the language barrier. The hotel also helped arrange visits to tourist sites in Mumbai. I struggled a bit with the food, but the chef and restaurant were always willing to make Nigerian local dishes as far as they could. I visited just last week and really enjoyed myself. The staff were very polite and helpful, and they took good care of the cleaning. I appreciate them all and hope I get the chance to go again.

A clean, modern, budget-friendly business hotel with spacious rooms and suites. The staff are friendly, service is fast, and the bathrooms are neat. There's free Wi-Fi, hot water, an elevator, and CCTV security. The breakfast is good, and the place is well-maintained, peaceful, and in a prime, safe location with easy access to airport shuttles and IT parks. It works well for corporate guests, tourists, and families, and feels convenient and reliable.

The staff seemed immature, and the receptionist didn't know how to deal with travelers or corporate customers. The way they asked for a higher price felt like a share market. I was surprised and left the hotel. I stayed here less than 30 days ago at a minimum price, and now the price has doubled.
