Roaches were all over the room, the bathroom was dirty, the place stank, and the caretaker was incredibly rude. I’d booked online with breakfast included, but they demanded another 300 and then refused to provide breakfast. They wouldn’t even give me an invoice for the extra amount I paid. Horrible place, I’d never choose this lodging again.

The hotel itself is very good, but I was charged twice, once through the OYO app and again by the property. OYO took my money. They promised by email to refund the extra amount, but nobody replied to that email afterward.

This doesn’t feel like a place for families or couples. It seems more for people looking to hang out for 1-2 hours for some other kind of stuff, which I can’t explain clearly, hopefully you get it. You can just walk in and get cheap hourly rates. Avoid booking through OYO. Manager om gupta is very rigid, and if you book with OYO he’ll ask for more money.

The entrance was very dirty, and even the receptionist asked me, “Do I have a deal with me?” You can guess what kind of hotel this was. I wouldn’t consider it a family hotel. It seems to be just for couples to make out.

The rooms are well maintained and the service is good, but orders take far too long.
