The rooms and amenities are very good, and I’d recommend stopping here if you’re on the way and need a place to stay. Service was good too. Parking is only in the open on the road, though, and birds sitting on the electric wires at night leave the car dirty, so you have to clean it yourself in the morning.

The room and washroom were dirty, and the bathroom was tiny. Staff behavior and attitude were very bad, and the hotel didn’t provide a water bottle. After we checked out at 8:30, the receptionist accused us of eating chips from the room and then charged us for a bottle of water. We arrived at 2 am and were asked to pay Rs. 1500 for the room plus a Rs. 500 deposit in advance, supposedly refundable at checkout. They said the lift worked for the Rs. 1500 room but not the Rs. 1200 one, yet it was stopped in the morning and at night too. I’m sharing this so others don’t have to go through the same thing. My advice is not to stay here. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮😡

The fridge looked awful and didn’t even cool anything, and the closet was so dusty and disgusting I wouldn’t put my clothes in it. There were broken pieces of glass on the floor, which wasn’t clean at all. The washroom stank, the sheets had pen marks and hair on them, and there was dust everywhere. The pillows were stained too. I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Most things were fine, but the AC system wasn’t. I visited in September on a rainy day and felt cold, but couldn’t switch off the air conditioning myself because the controls weren’t in the guest’s hands. All the AC units were linked together, with no manual option to turn one off.

The washroom wasn’t clean, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. The Wi-Fi was bad too. Before booking, I’d confirmed they could provide an ice pack, but I was disappointed when they couldn’t even give me one, only cold water.
