The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic but sufficient amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price and the quality of the food. The restaurant served fresh, flavorful meals, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even nicer. Good food, comfortable rooms and friendly service made it a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend it for the value.

The staff and value for money are on point, and the rooms are good for the price. The hotel itself is nice, but it isn’t maintained well and breakfast could be better.

The service was terrible and the hotel was charging a lot, yet complimentary breakfast was only poha and banana. Water supply was poor, and nobody responded when I asked for service. They are affiliated with agents and getting commission. You aren’t allowed to book at the counter, and have to book online so they can get some commission. My experience was terrible, so I request everyone not to go here. If you do, you’ll definitely regret it.

You can bowl here too, which was a nice extra. Good place.

The owner helped us out when our train was late and let us stay longer without charging us. The staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was good, and the room was clean and tidy. I hadn’t expected such a nice, clean room in a city like Bhilwada. I usually book through Treboo, and they haven’t let me down. Highly recommended, five stars. Keep it up.
