The reception staff used abusive language in the name of religion, especially toward Muslims. That was shocking and completely unacceptable. The manager, an older white-haired man probably named Tarun Dutta, was also arrogant, rude, and had no manners when speaking to guests. I stayed at Hotel Central Park for four days. They didn’t tell us that payments were due each evening, then suddenly demanded money from the second day onward. When we explained that our bank server was down, they treated us disrespectfully instead of being understanding. The first day they acted normally, but their attitude changed after that. Even a ₹500 roadside room would give you more respect, in my view. Save your money and dignity. I’d never book here again. It was the worst experience of my life, completely shameful.

The hotel is on a well-connected road, and its location is good. It could be cleaner, and the service for guests needs improvement. If you want a budget stay near the central market, you could consider it.

The staff were polite and professional, and ready to help with requests. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly. My room was very clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Central Park and would choose it again on a future visit.

The rooms are OK, but I think the rate should be no more than 1000-1200. Staff behavior turned bad after check-in, and they seemed to care only about money. They also have a setup with auto drivers. Checkout rules were changed at their own discretion, with no regard for what had been promised.

Citrus Prime Connect - BPL felt safe throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly and available whenever we needed help. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and public transport. My family and I found it comfortable and welcoming, with clean, well-kept rooms and common areas. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, spacious kitchen, and relaxing common lounge. It made the trip better, and I’d happily return. I’d recommend this affordable, friendly hostel.
