Eleven Heights by OYO Rooms

The room size was okay, but the washbasin faucets were a complete mess. For a 3-star hotel, it didn't feel like one. Room service was a bit slow too.

I come to Bhopal almost every other month and tried this place for the first time. For the price, I was surprised by how good it was. I've stayed at a lot of hotels around Bhopal, and I'd call this the best budget option. I didn't run into any problems, and the receptionists were nice. They even let me check in early without me having to ask. I'll stay here again.

The rooms were clean and had all the things I needed. The food tasted good, and the staff were kind to deal with.

I was here for a business trip and found the experience very disappointing. The extra charges for almost everything weren't properly explained, and even though I'm a regular guest, the staff showed no care or recognition. Reception also seemed unsure how to prepare the final bill, which had to be redone several times and wasted a lot of my time. One of the worst business-trip stays I've had. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially to colleagues.
