When I arrived at the hotel, I told them I had an online booking made through Feb hotel. They asked about the booking and then said they had no room, even though Feb hotel had confirmed it. When I asked why they confirmed my room if there was no room available, they started fighting with me. They told me to complain to Febhotel, and said I could complain to the police if I wanted, they didn’t care. The staff were disrespectful and dangerous. I’m asking everyone thinking of staying here to cancel their booking. They may slap you or fight with you.

You could be left stranded because they don’t honor confirmed bookings from sites like Agoda and Booking. They list the property under multiple names, including Fabexpress Madhuram Landmark and Capital O Madhuram Landmark, then overbook at higher rates. Availability isn’t guaranteed, and they don’t communicate with you either. This is a fraud. Book at your own risk.

I got to the hotel at 3:00 am, but they wouldn’t even provide water. When I asked, they said, "ro water not available,plz buy packed drinking water". The room itself was dirty, including the bedsheet, pillow, and curtains, and the staff were unprofessional. Hot water was available only in the morning. For breakfast, you have to go next door.

The location is very noisy, right at a crossroad with horns blaring constantly. Previous guests’ rubbish was still there, and the linen and sheets were dirty. There was no hot water for an evening bath, and they didn’t give us drinking water at check-in. They charged 1500 through fan hotel for the room with breakfast, but proudly said breakfast wasn’t available. A direct rental should cost no more than 900/-. Fab hotel said rooms were running out fast and asked for 25% in advance, but the owner claimed he never received that money and made me pay it again. I’m still trying to get the first payment back. Don’t trust the photoshopped pictures.
