Fabhotel Harriot

The hotel and rooms were clean, and the staff were good too.

The only good part was the aloo parantha in the morning. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and it wasn't suitable for a family stay. Reception staff had no idea about the perks included with the online booking. I'm not going there again.

The dinner bill was another problem. I ordered half chicken tikka masala, one butter naan, one tandoori roti, and lime soda at 7 pm. I hadn't been in the room all day and hadn't eaten since morning, so I ate before asking for the bill. The staff member, a woman, said it was 800-something. When I checked, the total was only 541, so I asked to see the prices. She said she'd sent a full plate of vegetables by mistake, then asked me to bring back the chicken tikka masala if I hadn't eaten it. But I'd already finished my food before asking for the bill. I booked the hotel for one day at 992 rs and arrived at 8 in the morning. The staff were still sleeping, then asked me to pay 700 more as a morning charge. I said I wasn't staying overnight and asked them to adjust it, but they refused. The only staff member there was a guy around 27, and he was so rude, as if giving me a room was a favor. The rooms weren't clean and the washroom was very dirty. The hotel was shown in photos as 1400 rupees at the time, but there were spiders, so after my journey I couldn't sleep. The room always had a pungent smell, there was no warm water in the washroom, and the staff behaved badly and rudely. I wouldn't recommend staying there. There are many better hotels than Harriot Hotel. It's not even a 3-star hotel. Treebo Alankar is better.

The bedsheet and pillows stank, the door lock was broken, and they didn't give us drinking water. The place wasn't clean and the staff were rude. Not recommended at all. Don't be misled by photos on #fabhotel #expedia #agoda etc.
