I stayed for five nights, and the TV never worked. When I reported it, they said the DTH line was down because of road construction. I’m not sure how dish TV could be affected, and there wasn’t even an adapter powering the TV. The AC remote was also broken. If anything in the room isn’t working, they give a silly reason instead of fixing it. And if you stay longer than a day, the key card has to be activated every day. Service needs an upgrade.

Nothing was good about this property. The staff were really rude and worthless. It’s one of the worst places to stay, so if you want a terrible stay, go ahead.

I’d booked this place for one night, but when I arrived, the staff were mannerless and spoke badly to me. After that, they said they don’t give rooms at the booked tariff and told me to contact customer care to get the rate increased or pay another 500. Hotels like this seem to run on scams, and Fab flag chain also helps them with this kind of scam. Please be aware before booking with these properties.

The rooms smell bad, the linen was dirty, and the blanket was torn. It’s a small hotel with no proper service. There was no kettle in the room, and I had to request towels and toiletries. Parking also isn’t proper. Avoid it if you’re travelling with family.

This was my first and last bad experience with this hotel, booked through FAB. I checked in, paid in full, and left within a few minutes. Please don’t trust the online photos or details. I’ve already asked for a refund.
