I booked 20 days before check-in and paid in advance, but the room I had booked wasn't ready on time. They gave me a different room later, and it smelled really bad and had a cockroach in it. When I asked reception for the room I'd reserved, they were rude and didn't know how to speak to a customer. They didn't refund my advance payment either. A terrible choice for a hotel booking.

The staff and services were good, but the atmosphere didn't feel welcoming, so that's why I gave a lower rating. They should renovate. Apart from that, all good.

The manager and staff behaved rudely and inappropriately. There were no toiletries or water, and the lift wasn't working. The service was pathetic. A firm no go, save your money.
