A very cost effective stay in the Laxmi Talkies area, with an AC room and the nearby market. The food joint is worth visiting!

There was a power cut right after check-in, and the hotel had no generator or backup power. The AC wasn't working even though we'd paid for AC rooms. The location also felt like a restricted area. Such service from OYO wasn't what I expected. Please don't waste your money here.

The building and rooms looked good, and the staff were supportive and treated us well. They really tried to help with our concerns and let us leave without trouble. I booked through Oyo for two days, but decided not to stay after seeing the location. I didn't feel it was suitable for a family or girls visiting, so I cancelled and booked elsewhere in a different area. I lost the money for one day, but felt the location was unsafe. I'm writing this so the same thing doesn't happen to someone else.

The location is very shaded and didn't seem suitable for families. Staff weren't cooperative, there was a water problem, and the TV didn't work. After you book through Oyo, they ask for a higher fare, make you wait for hours, and tell you to call customer care and increase the tariff. Not recommended at any price, not even ₹100 a day. Don't go.

The room and bathroom were clean and in good shape, but the AC wasn't working properly. I also ran into a price issue. Call ahead to confirm the rate, since what Oyo shows may differ and they might ask you to pay more.
