Hotel Plaza Inn

There wasn’t even a room key to lock the door, and in the morning there was no hot water. We also found no water in our room, so the owner told us to move to the neighbouring room. The TV hadn’t been recharged, and we had to keep insisting about it. Towels, soap, shampoo and drinking water all had to be requested again and again, despite the facilities being advertised. Staff didn’t help with our problems, even when we kept telling them. A terrible stay. It’s up to you whether you want to waste your money.

We booked through Oyo for two people, with breakfast and dinner included, but they refused to give us breakfast. They said their phone showed dinner only, even after we showed a screenshot confirming breakfast was included. The bedsheets were dirty, the food was bad and far too spicy, and the room service guy never brought the water we asked for during dinner. Stay away if you don’t want to waste your money.

The hotel is close to the airport, which is a good location. We ordered food and found the menu good, the food tasty, and delivery fast. You can also order through Zomato. I didn’t stay there, so I can’t say anything about the rooms.

I wouldn’t stay here with family. Illegal activity is happening, and police raids are regular, or so it seems. They even ask if you want other kinds of services. The police are with this hotel. Stay away.
