Hotel Urban House

The room smelled of smoke, and when I asked to move, they said there were no separate rooms for non-smokers. Breakfast was included, but at 9am nothing was ready. They said I had to order in advance for them to arrange it. I also had no water in the room, and after I asked, it took about an hour to get one bucket of hot water. A really sad experience with very poor service.

I booked all of Urban House Hotel for my wedding last year, and everything went perfectly. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs. They also took excellent care of our international guests and made sure they had a good stay. I was really impressed by the service. It's great value for the money, and I'd highly recommend Urban House Hotel.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially with family. There seems to be a lot of illegal activity, and the staff’s behavior wasn’t good either.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the price was affordable. Service can be slow because they seem short-staffed, and the lift is so small that more than three people can’t fit without luggage. For the cost, I found it decent, as long as you’re prepared for those limits.
