Hotel Vishwas

I booked this hotel through OYO in good faith, based on the listing, but the experience was far below what the platform promised and left me feeling cheated. At check-in, staff said there were no rooms available, and I had to pay an extra ₹600 at night to get one. The room looked nothing like the photos in the OYO app and was in poor, unhygienic condition, with little maintenance. There was no hot water; after I complained, they arranged only an immersion rod. Cleanliness, towels, and even a working TV were missing. The toilets were dirty, and the old building looked unsafe. The whole experience caused a lot of inconvenience. I ask OYO to investigate and take strict action against the hotel partner, refund the extra charges and the amount for the poor service, and stop showing misleading listings to customers. I trust OYO will resolve this at the earlie

Staying at hotel vishwas indrapuri bhopal these days has been a great experience. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice, and the food is very tasty. Staff are so attentive to customer care and service. It’s near habibganj railway station, restaurants, bars, medical stores, and hospitals. Thanks to mr golu gurjar, a down to earth person, for all the services u provide in vishwas.

A good option if you're looking for something budget friendly.

Don’t go to hotel vishwas. The rooms and bathrooms are in terrible condition. My booking for hotel dream inn in bhopal was 650 rs. When I went to check in, they said the booking price was too low and asked for more money. After I refused, they called oyo, changed my hotel, and oyo rebooked me at hotel vishwas. I called the staff to ask if they’d give me a room, and they said yes. But when I arrived, they charged me 1000 instead.
