They confirmed the booking but then couldn’t provide the rooms. The service was very poor, and I wouldn’t trust their commitment or book in advance. The manager or owner gave false and very bad statements. They’re telling outright lies.

A safe, comfortable place to stay, with cozy beds and friendly, supportive staff. They make you feel at home even when you’re away.

I’m a member of the Kotak Mahindra Group and was staying at Hotel KC Palace, with my company paying ₹3000 per day for accommodation. I was very disappointed by the handling of something as basic as drinking water. When I asked for a bottle, they gave me a loose bottle filled with water instead of a sealed packaged one. For a hotel of this standard, that felt unacceptable and raised concerns about hygiene and health safety. Given the hotel’s reputation and the price being paid, I expected more professional service. This was surprising and disappointing, so I have to rate the hotel 0 out of 5.

We stayed for only two days but paid for three. The staff didn’t agree to any response.

The staff were rude, and the floor was dirty and slippery. The AC also wasn’t working properly. Bad service.
