Room service was painfully slow, and we had to call again and again whenever we needed something. The geyser didn't work. After we complained, it took almost half an hour for someone to come check it, then another 15 minutes for them to bring a rod to heat the water. The bathroom socket was out too, so every time we had to bring the bucket into the room to heat the water.

The manager was great and helped with several things, from arranging cabs to giving us guidance around the city. Staff were friendly and quick, and our room was clean, spacious, and had all the facilities. We had a wonderful stay. If you're new to town and want somewhere peaceful, I'd go for it. Loved it.

We stayed in a large room on the first floor, right near reception. The bathroom was big too, but it seemed they'd focused on size and missed a lot of the basic design details guests actually need. The hotel had only been open 4-5 months, so everything looked new and clean. There's plenty to improve. I sent detailed videos to their reception whatsapp number and hope the owner sees them and makes the corrections.

I've stayed here twice and haven't had any problems either time. The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood, the rooms are tidy, the facilities are kept up well, and the staff behave nicely.

The manager is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are kept in good shape. The bed is nice, and both the room and bathroom were clean and hygienic. I've come here many times with my girlfriend, and it's our favorite hangout. A good OYO to try near Minal and indrapuri.
