I gave it two stars for the tasty food, the open grounds that were refreshing for morning and evening walks, and the proximity to the airport. The service during my four-night stay was very poor, though. We booked MAP and were told it included breakfast and one main meal. At dinner, staff kept saying a second non-veg dish wasn’t part of the plan; later they said the same about fresh lime soda. It felt strange and cheap to debate every item. After I spoke with the F&B manager, the issue was resolved, or so I hope, since I haven’t paid the bill yet. One day they forgot to clean both my room and my colleague’s. When I got back from work, there was no drinking water, the bed wasn’t made, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I also had to remind them over the past two days to return my laundry. It should have taken four days, but the washerman couldn’t do it on check-in day or the day before checkout. On the first day they even mixed up my clothes with someone else’s. They also had an issue with my request for a one-hour checkout extension. I’m now planning to leave at exactly 10 and spend the extra hour at the airport. It seems they’re too focused on saving money to provide proper service. I hope other guests have a better stay.

We celebrated my son’s birthday at Hotel Sapphire Blue, and it was a lovely occasion. The rooftop restaurant, Uptown, had a stunning view, and the food was delicious. The staff were attentive and cooperative, keeping everyone comfortable and making sure service was on time. It was a memorable celebration, and I’m glad we picked Sapphire Blue. Highly recommended for special events! 🎉✨

I had a nice experience at Hotel Sapphire Blue. The staff were warm and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. But the food setup needs attention: the veg and non-veg sections weren’t clearly separated. A bowl near the soup canister was sitting in the veg area without a label. It looked like soybean chunks or mushrooms, but it was chicken, which could be a serious problem for vegetarians. Desserts were also placed with the non-veg items. I hope they label the food properly and keep the sections clearly apart.

I’ve seen different owners try to make this project work, and the effort the current owners are putting in is commendable. The place has reached new heights, and I hope it keeps going. The food is delicious. Try Mutton Rogan Josh. I loved the Hummus too. The staff are really sweet and polite. God bless.

We booked for a kitty party, expecting a buffet, but the service was closer to à la carte. Most of the dishes listed on the menu never came out, and what we did get tasted awful. Staff couldn’t coordinate and service was extremely slow. The seating area smelled bad and was poorly maintained, making the whole event unpleasant. It wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
