They began pest control while guests were still staying at the hotel. The smell was so unbearable that I vomited twice and checked out within an hour, but they refused to refund me. I was expected to stay in an unhealthy, stinking place that might seriously affect my health. Completely unacceptable. Don't book here, they are cheaters. Goibibo is no better, they keep dismissing genuine customer concerns.

The food stood out most for me: everything from breakfast through dinner was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with more variety and better taste than I expected. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had the amenities I needed. The staff were welcoming, polite, and always happy to help. A great choice for work or leisure, with excellent hospitality and food.

The trip was cancelled because of a medical emergency, so I called NIKHIL on the morning of 30th aug about our booking for 3 rooms and asked him to cancel and explain the refund process. He told me to email accounts, but I never got a reply. I kept following up, and each time he said I'd get a refund. On 12september, I called again. He asked for the account's no but didn't give it to me. Today I called again, and he passed the phone to his senior, who said there would be no refund and refused to give me the manager's number. That senior first said cancellations made 24 hours ahead were refundable. I had informed them 24 hours ahead, but now he says I won't get my money back. The booking person had repeatedly promised a refund. The staff are untrained, uninformed, and uncooperative. Never book in advance with them.

The staff were untrained and the place wasn't managed or served properly. We left the food untouched and walked out before we threw up.
