The Indian dishes were much better than the continental food, and I’d recommend trying a mutton dish. The thin-crust pizza seemed to use a ready-made base, which was disappointing. Service was also poor: staff behaved unprofessionally, gave us no menu or glasses, and didn’t seem to know how to serve food or clear the table. The ambience had led us to expect continental food.

A nice ambience, good food, and good service make this one of the better places to get away from the city crowd.

Loved the food and the vibe here. There are lots of different things to choose from on the menu, and I’d definitely come back!

The food was good and the ambience beautiful, but the service at The Ten café ruined our birthday visit with friends. Nobody greeted us or brought water or glasses when we arrived. We had to call out several times before getting anything. Soon after we settled in, a waiter named Tahir told us rudely to “hurry up” with our order, even though we had just arrived. He kept hovering and made it seem like he wanted us to leave because others were waiting. After we paid, he told us to give up the table while we were taking a few photos. When we questioned him, he said it was “orders from inside.” His manner was rude and unprofessional. For a premium café, the lack of basic hospitality was very disappointing. The place has potential, but Tahir’s service completely spoiled what should have been a happy celebration. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training.
