The bathroom was filthy, with human faeces on the floor, a stained toilet seat, and a towel that smelled like vomit. There was only one towel for two adults. My elderly parents, aged 68 and 75, had to sleep with the door open because the badly fitted latch wouldn’t lock. Their mattress sagged, the pillows were stained, the furniture was dirty, and there was no water, tea, coffee, or housekeeping. What was available was overpriced and unusable. The reception looked abandoned, with peeling walls, exposed wires, and a broken sign. There was no welcome, and staff were indifferent, untrained, or missing when needed. The “complimentary shuttle” cost ₹1,500 for a 20-minute ride in a beat-up Swift Dzire. This was a nightmarish stay, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. If you value your health, safety, and dignity, stay far away from Treebo Premium Zorba – Hoshangabad Road. It’s a disgrace to hospitality and dangerous as well as unhygienic. Treebo should be held accountable for putting guests at risk, and booking platforms should delist it immediately. Final verdict: Treebo Zorba is a biohazard. Stay elsewhere and stay safe.

The food took three hours to arrive, and its quality was very poor. The staff and manager were pathetic, and hygiene was just as bad. The hotel seems to run on Treebo’s image, but even Treebo is pathetic. I suggest nobody stay here. Very pathetic.

I went to a conference at Hotel Zorba and stayed there too. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the venue looked stunning. Service was impeccable throughout the event, with attentive staff and exceptional food. It’s a great choice for a special occasion, whether you’re attending or hosting one.
