Towels and toiletries aren't provided unless you call and ask for them. The reception staff were very rude and disrespectful to me as a Goibibo guest. They said they didn't want guests booking through Goibibo and told me to seek service from Goibibo. They said they would treat you with respect if you booked directly with the hotel, but kept me waiting and disrespected me because I had booked through Goibibo.

I checked into room 104 and found the toilet very dirty. When I called reception to ask for cleaning, they sent someone from housekeeping, but he said it couldn't be cleaned. I then asked to move rooms. A very bad experience.

My stay at Tulsi Casa Hotel, Bhopal was awful and far below what I'd consider acceptable, even for an Executive Room. The room smelled strongly of damp and seepage, and its condition was terrible. Cleanliness and upkeep were well below standard, and the staff were unprofessional and unresponsive. Room service and kitchen service were compulsory, which was unacceptable. I attached photos showing the room's poor condition. This hotel doesn't deliver what it promises.

The hotel is well maintained and has the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. One suggestion: the F&B staff should always wear a happy face, like Anil ji and Vijay ji in the reception area.
