The room smelled bad and had lots of mosquitoes. Spraying didn't help. The bedding was clearly used: hair and dirt were visible on the sheets, and the pillows and blanket weren't fresh. The bathroom still had used soap and shampoo. They didn't provide complimentary water bottles either. Instead, they filled old used bottles with what they said was filtered water. We saw the bottles and their supposedly clean water. The pillows also had what looked like black fungus. We paid for breakfast, but the hotel refused to serve it at 7 or 7:30 in the morning. I had asked for 7, not 5. They said they had no milk at night and couldn't even offer tea. We checked out early because the receptionist, who was drunk, refused breakfast without tea. He behaved badly when I tried to speak with him. He said no one serves food in the morning. We couldn't raise a complaint at checkout because he was drunk, and in an unfamiliar city I wasn't willing to take that risk. We paid the full amount they asked for, but they still haven't given us the food and pet charges bill. They claimed the machine had a problem, and still couldn't send it by WhatsApp or email. At check-in, street dogs at the main gate scratched the left door of my vehicle and were trying to harm our furry kid. Check the camera footage and ask your staff. Please check the cameras too for the other points I've raised, and admit the failure instead of denying it. I stayed here for what I paid, not for free. I expect your reply defending the property, but I booked it based on fake reviews and feel it was a huge mistake. This place seems suited to unmarried couples looking for fun. I strongly recommend that married couples and families avoid it.
