The property itself is really nice and beautiful, but the management has fallen short. On this stay, there were no towels, dustbins, or floor mats, even though those are basic things a guest needs for a night. I’m a hotelier myself, so I know how important they are. I first booked through mmt in 2020, when the rooms and customer service were really good. I reviewed it then, but things have gradually gone downhill, and this time was a very bad experience. My room was right beside the staff room, and I had to put up with abusive language during the night. Since I was there with my partner, that made the stay especially uncomfortable. I’d like to post a video below where you can hear some of the language I had to endure. Please look into this.

Insects in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself was at most 6 feet high. The bedroom? Don’t even ask. Definitely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.
I spent 2 days here after booking through sayhallo, and the stay was too bad. The hotel is tucked away inside a village, far from the main area, so getting there is inconvenient. The rooms weren’t hygienic, with stains on the bedsheet and blanket. Food was overpriced and not up to the mark. I wouldn’t recommend it to families or friends.
The room cleanliness was below standard, and the location was inconvenient too. What made my stay disappointing was the service: staff seemed uninterested, requests went unanswered, and some basic amenities arrived very late or never came at all. Families in particular may want to find somewhere else.
The room was clean, well ventilated, and among the best rooms, with good service at an affordable price. The food was just nice.
