Fabhotel Paradise Convention

The staff were especially attentive and friendly, and I had a really comfortable stay. I booked for a few days; the room was clean, had a nice ambience, and everything worked properly, including the clean bathroom. For now, they only serve breakfast, with no lunch or dinner available. I hope they add those soon. The stay was perfect overall.

The room was spacious, but that’s about the only positive. The owner and manager were rude, and the owner kept changing what he said. Service was delayed, and sometimes they cut the reception phone line to avoid customer requests. Rooms and washrooms smelled bad; the geyser and Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the water taps were clogged. The food was bad, and outside food wasn’t allowed. I can’t recommend this place unless you have no better option.

The restaurant staff behaved well, which was the bright spot. But breakfast choices were limited, and the restaurant chair was broken. My room, number 208, had two dirty, stained chairs, and the previous guest’s underwear was still in the cupboard. The fan didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a basic night lamp. Housekeeping was absolutely unsatisfactory. The hotel is in an industrial estate, so there’s no outside view. For this price, you can find better options.

The food tasted homelike and was good, and the staff were polite. The rooms were very neat, too. It was within my budget, and I had a really nice stay overall.
