I wish I could give zero. This place is a hellhole and I'd tell everyone never to book it. Nothing in the room works, including the geyser, and it's a mosquito breeding ground. It's dirty, disgusting, and unhygienic. The staff are horrible and rude, though one guy was kind when we raised our concerns.

The room cleanliness was just okay, and the staff seemed okay too. But they refuse to honor the online prepaid booking price and ask for extra money before giving you a room. Many guests give in rather than roam around town looking for somewhere else. It looks like they have one room in good condition, posted across all the booking platforms to lure people into reserving.

We ran into a lot of problems here. The room wasn't good, the woman at reception behaved badly, and a boy there was very rude. They also asked us for extra money. Don't plan to stay here.

If negative ratings were possible, I'd give one. They were so ill-mannered and didn't follow OYO's rules, making up their own instead. A big no if you're booking with your parents or partner.

The service is below poor, and there are smokers all over the hotel. They also asked for more than the price I booked through OYO after I arrived. Don't come here with family, you'll be embarrassed.
