The hotel location is the weak point, in a loobline area. Otherwise, Hotel nirmla is a really good place to rest. I stayed with my wife on 26 November this year. The staff were friendly, helpful, and supportive, and the reception people responded whenever needed. The fees were reasonable for a place to stay. The food specialties were extraordinary too. Butter naan, chanadaal, biriyani, and dall fry were all good.

The rooms are average in size and cover the basic needs. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is complimentary, with upma and vada brought in from outside.

We checked in on 16 Aug 2025, and the room smelled so bad you couldn’t even enter. The owner refused to change it and told us to leave the room open for 2 hours. The service was awful, and the staff were also misbehaving. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They’re also managing fake reviews, you can check reviews where cab drivers post without room photos.

The rooms were neat and had all amenities. It’s in a good location near the railway station and 3 half kilometres from the airport. Highly recommended.
