There weren’t even basic things like hand wash or shampoo, and the staff were aggressive and indecent. Avoid staying here with family.

The rooms were much too small for three guests, and we weren’t given a bed for all three of us. The toilets and towel were dirty. We were treated like criminals in jail, with set times for entering the hotel. At night we couldn’t go out because there was no staff to open and close the door. Check-in was a complete mess, with no organization or professionalism, and the staff were discourteous and unhelpful throughout. The whole stay was a terrible experience.

There was no privacy, and I wouldn’t consider this safe for families or couples. If you arrive early, you may reach a dead end: they don’t answer calls, the gate is shut, and the reception doesn’t open until after 9 am. There’s no power backup, the bathroom was disgusting, and cleanliness was nonexistent. When I complained to OYO during my stay, the property manager came and argued with me. These were all my experiences, so please never stay here.
