Hotel Upasana

I booked two days through OYO, but the hotel took separate cash payment. When I saw the condition, I asked to stay just one day and get a refund for the remaining amount. They refused, saying the OYO booking had already been checked in, though the app showed no booking information. I had to leave the next morning. There were earthworms in the bathroom and red bugs on the bed, and the toilet and room were not clean. I even had to remove the earthworms myself because they were coming into the room. This felt like a fraudulent practice. Very unprofessional, not recommended, and not even worth one star.

The room was unhygienic, and there were bed bugs in the bed. Asking to change rooms didn’t properly solve the problem. The place looks much better in the photos than it does in real life. I regret booking here and wouldn’t stay again. Avoid it if cleanliness matters to you.

Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs. One star. The online photos were nowhere close to the actual hotel. My first room was dirty, poorly maintained, and infested, so I told the staff and was moved to a second room, which wasn’t much better. The hygiene was extremely poor, and the stay was uncomfortable and frustrating. Definitely not worth the money.

I paid through OYO before arriving, but at check-in the receptionist insisted I pay again by GPay and promised to cancel the original booking. This is fraud. The room and washroom were highly unhygienic, and bed bugs kept biting me all night. I couldn’t sleep and had to leave at 2:00 AM. This hotel is unsafe, unhygienic, and dishonest. I strongly urge people not to book it, and OYO should take strict action against properties like this.
