OYO 49258 Ms Deluxe

I stayed for one day while in town for an exam, and regret the decision. The room was full of mosquitoes; when I complained, they mostly didn't respond and sometimes gave me incense sticks. The AC had no remote, made a horrible noise, and didn't cool the room, so it was hard to sleep. The TV didn't work, the wall was damp, and some bathroom taps were broken. The bathroom wasn't properly clean either. I wasted my Rs1000. The owner was very rude and shouldn't be hosting guests.

I had the worst service here and would never recommend this hotel. The staff, especially the receptionist, were ill mannered and treated customers like servants. They don't know how to behave with customers or with a girl, and that receptionist seemed to think everyone was his servant.

I booked through go ibibo and arrived at 9 PM, but the man at reception refused my check-in because the rate was low. I said I'd contact goibibo and waited in reception, then he told me to go outside because they were closing the hotel gate. I asked him, but he wouldn't agree. The gate was still open while I stood outside until 11 pm waiting for confirmation from another hotel. Such cheap behavior toward a guest. I recommend avoiding this place, even if they offer it for free.

They called us around 20 times asking us to cancel the hotel, then wouldn't allow guests after 9.30 pm. Disgusting!
