I booked Hotel BMX around 10:20 PM on Booking.com and took an Uber there, but the gate was locked and nobody was there to open it. Then a lady from OYO told me by phone she'd move me to another OYO property and asked me to pay ₹1120 for a new booking. I paid through Google Pay, only to find the second hotel locked too with no staff available. I spent the entire night outside near the airport. It was distressing and completely unacceptable. When I asked for help or a refund, they passed me from one department to another without fixing anything. OYO customer service was pathetic, and this property shouldn't be listed online. Avoid the hotel and OYO if you value your time, money, and safety.

The ratings on Agoda, booking.com, cleartrip, and MakeMyTrip might look good, but what Oyo offered when I arrived was a total disaster. Don't plan to stay here.

The washroom was dirty, and so were the bedsheet and curtains. The room itself wasn't clean either. The AC remote had no batteries, paan stains marked the wall, and many things had been carelessly thrown out of the window.

I've never stayed anywhere worse. The room was so dirty you couldn't even talk about it. Nothing was clean, not the pillow, bedsheet, or bed, and things were scattered across the floor. The bathroom was extremely dirty too. There was no service at all. I called twice, but nobody came or changed anything. Dirtiest hotel and worst service ever!
