The rooms were unhygienic and really poor, and they asked for extra money. Service was horrible and the staff were impolite. Come here on your worst day.

The lack of cleanliness and the amenities being advertised falsely made this a place I’d avoid. From check-in onward, I ran into issue after issue and couldn’t enjoy the stay at all. It was a complete disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfort.

The biggest problem was being denied a bill. People traveling for work need one to claim reimbursement, and I was left wondering what to do. I was stunned by the way staff treated customers. The rooms were below average, and there’s no restaurant in the hotel. A disappointing stay, pathetic.

The rooms are likeable and the prices are affordable and negotiable. Service can be a bit delayed, but the location makes up for it.

The sink is clogged, the lift isn’t working, and water from the AC is dripping onto the room balcony.
