We stayed at Purple Leaf Hotel and Banquet during our drive from Pune to Puri. It was comfortable after a long day on the road, and the location works well for road travelers, near Nandankanan Zoo and the highway toward Sambalpur. The rooms were spacious, tidy, and clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. The in-house restaurant served tasty, good-quality food, though I found it a little more expensive than other options in Odisha / Bhubaneswar. It seems a useful choice for families and people on road trips looking for clean rooms, service, and easy access. My only reason for not giving five stars is privacy and security: while we were out for dinner after checking in, staff entered our room to set up an extra bed without telling us or asking permission. I understand they meant to help, but they should have informed us first.

Purnendu & Rojalin deserve a special mention for making the process smooth. The team was courteous, responsive, and ready to help, while room service was prompt and hygiene was impressive. Our check-in and checkout were hassle-free. The calm, pleasant atmosphere and comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. The spacious rooms were clean and well maintained, and the location gave us easy access to restaurants, transport, and key areas. Purple Leaf Hotel felt like good value, and I’d happily stay again for work or leisure.
