Red Velvet Premium Hotel is in a convenient prime area, close to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The spacious rooms had plush beds, stylish furnishings, modern bathrooms, and luxurious toiletries. Wi-Fi was fast, and the large flat-screen TV and ample workspace were handy for business trips. Room service was prompt, with local and international dishes, and housekeeping kept everything clean and well stocked. From the elegant lobby and tasteful decor to the smooth check-in, the attentive staff helped create a welcoming ambiance. Red Velvet Premium Hotel combines modern amenities and strong service for business or leisure. It offers a comfortable, upscale stay, whether you're visiting briefly or for longer.

The reception staff and owner were the worst. Even after I booked 20 days ahead and paid 50% in advance, they cancelled my booking at check-in. They also demand the full amount for all booked rooms for all 10 days on arrival. For example, two rooms at Rs. 2000/- each for 10 days meant paying Rs. 40,000/- on the first day or they wouldn't let us stay. When I decided not to stay and asked for a refund, they used foul and abusive language. When you book early, they show clean rooms with proper bedding on the 3rd floor. At check-in, they gave us a room on the 2nd floor instead, where it was untidy and not clean. If you're not checking in, make sure you get your ID xerox back. They tried not to return mine, and may use it for some illegal purpose. This hotel isn't suitable for a family stay. Please take my review seriously. The way the owner behaved was unacceptable, and the staff were very bad too. Service was not provided properly. I also heard from nearby shops that the restaurant, which is on the ground floor, may serve food left behind by one customer to someone else.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the staff were friendly. Food was the big letdown: even the catering food for a wedding party tasted horrible. For a property rated five stars, the food was below average. It was a nice stay, but an expensive one.
