Hotel Kutch Desert

We arrived around 10 PM after being told over the phone that two rooms were available. Within 15 minutes, we were told there was only one. We were traveling with family, including four ladies and two senior citizens, so that was stressful and inconvenient. We had no other choice but to take the single room. The attached bathroom was filthy, in horrible condition, and had an unbearable smell. Staff bluntly refused to clean it despite repeated requests, saying the cleaning staff would only be there the next day. They eventually let us use a spare bathroom in a separate location, which meant constant trips back and forth, especially difficult at night. The stench from the attached bathroom was so strong that we couldn’t sleep all night. The hotel made false commitments and showed no basic hygiene or customer service. I’d strongly advise families and senior citizens to avoid it.

Room service was superb, and the stay was great overall.

Such a lovely place, with sweet, beautiful rooms and smart staff. The service was really good, and the place felt so peaceful.

A good value stay in Bhuj, with very helpful staff. The free pickup and drop were convenient, and the travel desk offered useful sightseeing suggestions. I rented a car for a full day, and the driver was fantastic, taking me to all the major attractions. Great service for the price.
