Seven Sky Clarks Exotica

I stayed for one night on the way to the Tent City. The Grand Deluxe Room was decent and spacious, and the restaurant was clean. The food was good, but service was a real question, with long delays mostly because there weren't enough staff. The restaurant could use some improvement. This was two years ago, so I hope things have got better since then 😊

The Gujarati thali was very, very good, and both its presentation and layout impressed me. Even at 3pm, nearly closing time, the waiters brought out hot food. The reception and restaurant staff were courteous and helpful, and everything else was good. In Room No. 207, where I spent the night of 16th Dec,2025, the blanket was clean but much too thin, and the bed was too low. I also expected an air dryer in the bathroom for a hotel in this category.

The restaurant food was very good, and its staff provided excellent service. The location is a plus too, just 10 min from Bhuj Airport. The reception service, though, was the worst: staff had no courtesy when asked for help. They don't have an extra bed and only provide a mattress for an additional person. The room quality was poor, and cleanliness and hygiene weren't maintained. The common bathrooms smelled bad and were in a horrible state. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The restaurant was the highlight of my three-night stay. Mukesh handles catering and several other responsibilities, and he was outstanding at communicating and coordinating with staff and guests. The property also has a small mall and movie theater on-site, convenient for basic needs. The rooms were spacious and well managed, especially the exceptionally neat rooms on the 3rd floor, and the washroom was clean and hygienic. There is plenty of space around the property, and the large reception area gave a positive first impression. I was satisfied with my double occupancy room and overall stay. I shared basic feedback about room cleaning and other details, and Rajesh sir, the GM, listened very patiently, acknowledged it, and gave us his time. My experience was very good, and I wanted to offer constructive feedback to help the team improve. They do provide a luxurious, comfortable stay, and I'd recommend it to others looking for a well-rounded experience. Thank you, Srishti and Shachindra
