The place felt hygienic, and the staff were well behaved. Management and supervision seemed effective, which made it feel more trustworthy. We were there dining with friends and family, and had a really nice experience. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I'm taking off one star because there's always room to improve. Regards to Team Daawat and staff, from one of your sincere customers.

I booked the most premium suite, and the room itself was fine. The day shift staff, though, had poor room service and bad ethics. None of the bathroom fixtures worked, and the AC wasn't working properly. Please improve the service.

This was a great hotel with great service, and it's couple friendly, which is a big plus. Staff behavior was good, and the bathroom had both hot and cold water. One thing to know if you book a deluxe room, they'll charge you for the coal drinks in the pocket freezer. The restaurant was a bit expensive, though that's common for a hotel restaurant. A perfect place for couples or families. Go for it! Yuhooo!!!

Parking is plentiful, the food is good, and the service is excellent. The hotel is right in the heart of the city. They've been in business for quite some time, so their experience should impress you.

The prices aren't too high, and the tasty food, nice ambience, and well mannered staff made it a good place. Our Veg Thali was 220/- and included 3Chapati, Jeera Rice, Dal fry, Paneer veg, Mix Veg, Raita, Papad, Salad, and Sweet. The taste and variety justified the price. But our order still took almost 25-30 minutes, even though we were the only customers then. Parking is another big issue. Maybe on Sunday you can find a spot easily. If the owners sort those problems out, it'd be a great place to hang out with family and friends.
