OYO 33002 Mansi Guest House

One of the filthiest places I’ve seen. There were mosquitoes and flies all over the room, stained bedsheets, and bathrooms that hadn’t been flushed or cleaned. The owner asked for my ID card and demanded to take only the unmasked ones.

I was not satisfied with Oyo 33002 Mansi Guest House At Bilaspur Chattisgad State. I booked a room and paid, then arrived at about 11:50 p.m. The service in-charge had already checked in and checked out, so I showed him my booking registration ID and asked about the room. He gave me an irresponsible answer and told me to call Oyo because they didn’t know about the room check-out. I waited there for an hour. That night I ended up choosing another hotel, OYO Hotel Adharsh, and booked a room directly. The Oyo service caused me unexplained trouble that night. My rating is 0.00000000000000000000. The staff were well behaved and cooperative.

I’d already paid the full amount, but the hotel owner said there was no room available and pushed me toward other hotels. I was very disappointed with Oyo’s service. If you use a discount coupon, you may face problems at check-in because the owner wants more money. Please call the hotel before checking in.
