Purnam Residency

The food won over my kids, which says a lot since they rarely praise what they eat. Our room was cosy, clean, and well kept, and the central heating made a real difference in the harsh December cold. My spouse, our two kids, and I stopped here while driving from Gurgaon to Manali. I was unsure after seeing it online, but the stay was much better than I expected. A comfortable, pleasant place in Bilaspur.

At Purnam Mall, the staff's warm manner made the meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, service was excellent, and everyone was kind and welcoming. A memorable time with good food and good people.

The staff were awful and rude, and seemed not to care about running the place. I don't usually rate a property harshly without reason, but this one feels beyond repair. Pathetic experience. Avoid this hotel.

We stopped here because of an emergency on the way, but the staff seemed focused only on making money. They were rude and senseless, with no hospitality at all. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
