The food service is really bad, so don't order from this restaurant. Train food is better than this. A humble request, please don't order anything here.

We ordered food from their restaurant for delivery to our train, but it never arrived. They did not answer our calls either. Very poor service.

It was delivered on time for the train, and the taste was okay too.

I ordered food online through IRCTC e-catering, but nobody delivered it and the train left. Disgusting. Please stay away from this hotel, they are just fooling people.

The booking was easy, and the reservation team was very helpful. I had an amazing stay at hotel Shri guru kripa. The rooms were very large, comfortable, and clean. I also liked that it was budget-friendly and still offered a discount. I'd highly recommend hotel Shri gurukripa to anyone looking for a place to stay.
